How to join (step-by-step)
- Register at Helabet partners, select Ghana as your country.
- Provide the details of your website/app/channel, preferred language, and contact information.
- Review and accept the T&Cs and Privacy Policies and submit the form.
- If approved, log in to the portal to get your tracking links and approved creatives.
Links should only be shared to any property that you own and complies with local law, and Helabet partners’ policy. Be sure to add your banking information to the Bank account, even if you do not plan to use it for payouts.
Payout Structure (what affects commissions)
Commission terms depend on the Offer assigned to the affiliate, whether that is Revenue Share or Hybrid. The bigger catch is timing: payment is linked to when the Brand pays the Program for your traffic and conversions, so the affiliate payout is not completely independent of that process.
- Commission model: Set by the assigned Revenue Share or Hybrid Offer
- Payment timing: Paid after the Brand pays the Program
- Advance payments: The Program may pay part of the commission early at its own discretion, but it is not required to
- Minimum payout: $30 per payment period, with no interest earned on account balances
- Quarterly quota: At least 5 new active players per quarter
That quarterly quota deserves attention. If you fall below 5 new active players, commission for the relevant period may be forfeited. Earnings are calculated through the Program’s online reporting system and can be checked against Client reviews or audits.
Keep your billing and banking details current as well. Delays caused by incorrect information are the affiliate’s responsibility.
Compliance of Traffic/Quality (dos and don’ts)
Allowed (with regulations)
- Use only program-approved creatives and link formats.
- You may have your own creatives or sub-affiliates, but both as required in writing beforehand.
- Keep content accurate, truthful, lawful and freely disclosed for promotions.
- Comply with CAN-SPAM for email, and all relevant Ghana laws and platform regulations.
Not Allowed (examples)
- Any sort of spam or unsolicited email/SMS.
- Tracking contextual advertising for the Helabet Partners brand was prohibited.
- ClickUnder ( PopUnder) type formats.
- Falsety or dishonesty, misleading statements, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Changing tracking tags, links or content provided by Program; framing or mirroring client pages.
